Tricky questions on the fit interview
February 14, 2022
I've heard that consulting interviews often ask tricky questions. For instance:
What will you do if you don't get a job with us?
Let's say you're hired, and I'm your new boss. What will I write in your reference in a year?
Tell me what I should know about you?
And everything in so on. How to respond to them? Are there any successful tactics? It is clear that all people are unique, and there is not the only correct answer, but what approach should be used?
